Celebrate life and honor loved ones at Pikes Peak Hospice & Palliative Care's Trees of Life Tree Lighting Ceremony.  The entire community is invited to join us in remembering those we love and those we have lost.  Each of the Trees of Life is covered in lights, and behind every light is a story -- a story of a loved one who shines in our memories. 
 

We invite you to remember someone special during Pikes Peak Hospice & Palliative Care's Trees of Life.  There are many ways to participate:
