Bridge Time - Dealing with Consequences of Change
Speaker:  Jane W. Barton, MTS, MASM, CSA
February 13, 2019
11:30 am to 1:00 pm

Most human beings are not fond of change, invited or not.  Change disrupts our daily routines, life expectations, and our sense of certainty.  Change reminds us that we are not in control.  But change is a given in life.  Instead of resisting change, learn how to engage it!  Jane Barton will help you understand the process of change, loss, transition, grief, and mourning.  She'll also provide you with ideas to move through the process and embrace a new way of being.  Come learn how to develop a mindset that serves to move you through your transition.  Resilience, interdependence, and meaning are invaluable resources on the transitional bridges of life.

This event is free - REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED!  Email CardinaLife@msn.com.  Please provide your name and zip code when registering.  Lunch will be  provided.

This event is sponsored by Dignity Memorial/Swan Law Funeral Directors, AARP Colorado, and Pikes Peak Hospice & Palliative Care.

What Our Families Say

The entire hospice team exceeded our expectations always going above and beyond.  They are the most amazing group of people.  I can't even put into words how much we appreciate them.  They were always very caring, patient and sincere.  We could not have managed the process without them.  We will never forget you and are forever grateful. Thank you. ~ Patient's daughter

Everyone who came to attend to my wife were all fantastic caregivers and I cannot praise your hospice staff enough.  I was so thankful you were there. ~ Patient's husband

I could not have asked for a more caring set of people to help us through this difficult time.  Thank you so very much. ~ Patient's family
