40th Anniversary Celebration Postponed!!!!!

03/12/20 at 12:40 PM | Published Under Hospice by Christy Pennington

Pikes Peak Hospice & Palliative Care senior leadership has made the decision to postpone our 40th Anniversary Celebration featuring keynote speaker Nora McInerny.  While this has been a difficult decision to make, we want to ensure the health of our guests.  We believe that due to the Coronavirus, a large gathering is not in the best interest of our community, patients and staff.

Nora McInerny has graciously offered to work with our organization in rescheduling her appearance for a later date.  We will post an announcement here when that occurs.  If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Pikes Peak Hospice Foundation at 719-457-8103 or 719-457-8105 or Foundation@PikesPeakHospice.org.

Thank you for your understanding and support. Please know you can rely on Pikes Peak Hospice & Palliative Care to continue to provide the highest quality end-of-life care.  Your health and safety as well as the health and safety of your loved ones are our top concerns.

What Our Families Say

What you all do is amazing.  Thank you for all your help, support and guidance for my mother and family.  It was such a gift and a blessing to be with my mom and take care of her and to have her at home with my daughter and I.  We will never forget your kindness.  Thank you! ~ Patient's family

The services my husband and I received during his last stages of life were invaluable to us.  His primary wish at the end was to be at home.  I was very afraid that I couldn't grant that wish, but with the help of Pikes Peak Hospice he was able to be at home, where he was comfortable, until the very end.  I am also truly thankful for the grief counseling that you provided to me. ~ Patient's wife

Thank you for all your assistance during this time and for the care of my mother.  There are not enough compliments to give for the support, knowledge, bedside manner, courtesy and kindness. ~ Patient's daughter
