If you are a patient, family member or caregiver and need immediate assistance, please call (719) 633-3400.  Our Clinical Support/Call Center is staffed 24/7 with Registered Nurses who can answer your questions. DO NOT submit an email request.

If you receive voice mail, we are helping another customer.  Please leave a message and we will return your call as soon as possible. 

For non-patient needs, please submit this form or call (719) 633-3400 during regular business hours, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.   If you have not received a reply to any electronic message sent to Pikes Peak Hospice & Palliative Care within 48 hours (72 hours if the message was sent over a weekend), please call us.
