Hospice Physician

Must be a Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy and have two years experience as a practicing physician in Hospice, Internal Medicine, Family Practice, Pediatrics, Oncology or related field of medicine. Demonstrated competence and experience in palliative end-of-life care preferred. Must have a current Colorado Physician’s License—Board certified or eligible in Hospice & Palliative Medicine.


On Call Counselor – PRN 

Work after hours and weekends to provide emotional care to hospice patients and their families. Must have Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling in addition to at least on year of experience as a Social Worker or Counselor in medical, geriatric, mental health, or similar field or equivalent combination of education and experience. LSW, LCSW or LPC preferred.


On Call Chaplain – PRN 

Work after hours and weekends to provide spiritual care to hospice patients and their families. Must have an M.A. in theology or comparative religions or equivalent experience/education, in addition to counseling experience/training. Ordination and/or endorsement by a religious organization required. Masters of Divinity/4 units of C.P.E strongly preferred.


RN, Acute Comfort Team, Float - PRN

 Base out of our acute care Inpatient Unit and provide care to hospice patients in their homes and at Long Term Care and Assisted Living facilities. Provide expert, specialized care to highly acute patients using nursing process. Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Colorado with at least one year of progressively responsible nursing experience.


RN Float – PRN

Base out of our acute care Inpatient Unit and provide expert, specialized care to hospice patients in their homes and at Long Term Care and Assisted Living facilities. Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Colorado with at least one year of progressively responsible nursing experience. Long Term Care experience preferred.
