Trees of Life Tree Lighting Ceremony

NOTE:  Tree Lighting is 2 Saturdays before Thanksgiving:  November 14, 2020, 5:00 p.m.
Colorado Springs Pioneers Museum (south lawn)
215 South Tejon St.
Colorado Springs, CO 80903

Come honor loved ones at our 36th annual Trees of Life outdoor community tree lighting ceremony.  Loved ones' names provided at the event will be read in remembrance. Numerous trees will be illuminated with white lights to honor loved ones. We will also pay tribute to our military and local community protectors as we illuminate a special red, white, and blue tree in their honor. Enjoy local musical talents and complimentary refreshments as we honor loved ones and celebrate community spirit.    Learn more by watching this clip from KKTV11Connects.

In collaboration with the Downtown Partnership of Colorado Springs, PPHPC is offering sponsorships for 29 six-foot pre-lit artificial trees on Tejon Street. All dollars raised help provide hospice and palliative care to those in our community.

As Pikes Peak Hospice & Palliative Care reflects on 40 years of service to – and partnership with – our community, we celebrate almost four decades of amazing work and offer a profound “thank you” to everyone involved. We look forward, and renew our commitment and promise of care to our community for many more decades.

We invite you to remember someone special during Pikes Peak Hospice & Palliative Care's Trees of Life.
There are many ways to participate:

What Our Families Say

What you all do is amazing.  Thank you for all your help, support and guidance for my mother and family.  It was such a gift and a blessing to be with my mom and take care of her and to have her at home with my daughter and I.  We will never forget your kindness.  Thank you! ~ Patient's family

The services my husband and I received during his last stages of life were invaluable to us.  His primary wish at the end was to be at home.  I was very afraid that I couldn't grant that wish, but with the help of Pikes Peak Hospice he was able to be at home, where he was comfortable, until the very end.  I am also truly thankful for the grief counseling that you provided to me. ~ Patient's wife

Thank you for all your assistance during this time and for the care of my mother.  There are not enough compliments to give for the support, knowledge, bedside manner, courtesy and kindness. ~ Patient's daughter
