If you are a patient, family member or caregiver and need immediate assistance, please call 719 633-3400. Our Clinical Support/Call Center is staffed 24/7 with Registered Nurses who can answer your questions. DO NOT submit an email request.

If you receive voice mail, we are helping another customer. Please leave a message and we will return your call as soon as possible.

If you or someone you care about is interested in obtaining more information about our services and it is not an emergency, please call 719 633-3400 between 8 am and 5 pm or submit this form.  

If you have not received a reply to any electronic message sent to Pikes Peak Hospice & Palliative Care within 48 hours (72 hours if the message was sent over a weekend), please call us.
