Care Synergy and Pikes Peak Hospice celebrate 555 years of service at First Annual Service Awards Celebration
On Wednesday, Care Synergy celebrated something truly special: the people who have dedicated years of their lives to caring for others.
At our first annual Service Awards Celebration, we honored 63 employees celebrating 5-, 10-, 15-, 20-, 25- and even 30-year anniversaries. Together, their years of service represent an incredible 555 years of compassion, commitment, care and innovation.
But these milestones are about so much more than numbers. They represent relationships built, families supported, communities strengthened and countless meaningful moments shared along the way.
A highlight of the celebration was the debut of a special video featuring Care Synergy Affiliate employees sharing their stories and reflecting on why their work matters so much to them and to the communities they serve.
One of those employees was Mecca Bell, who has worked as a bereavement counselor for Pikes Peak Hospice & Palliative Care for five years.
The words of Mecca and her colleagues are a beautiful reminder that an organization's greatest strength is its people.
